"We went to check in and the receptionist was so rude. We ask for an early check in and she just kept yelling saying NO check in now. After walking around the property we decided to leave because the lady was so rude. She did not have any people skills. The entrance was nice but they property is dirty around it and run down. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The location is the only highlight. "

"We traveled as a family of five, and this was our first visit to Bangkok. Pipa Hotel turned out to be the perfect choice for our stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. Transportation was also incredibly easy — the hotel is close to Nana Station, and it’s simple to catch a Tuk-Tuk or Grab whenever you need to get around. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the daily breakfast was very nice. Our rooms were modern and equipped with very comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok."

"Excellent hotel with an outstanding staff. Location is a little tricky if you want to anything other than have a car pick you up to do things. If you are going to stay, I highly recommend the executive floor."
