Hotel Zephyr San Francisco

"The hotel is in the absolute perfect area with multiple entries! It has great views, a peaceful courtyard with tons of games for families! It offers places on every floor to refill your water bottles for free. The room was clean and a good size. They even have a little breakfast trailer for the morning that was convenient. My only complaints is the staff didn’t tell me any of this I had to figure everything out on my own, and the trailer had new people I guess so they double charged me and then gave me the wrong order. They also messed up the order of the people in front of us. So it was a good experience not excellent because the staff wasn’t informative about anything in the hotel all they said was here is your room key and we need a card to charge the amenity fees and the “breakfast staff” didn’t know what that we’re doing."

"It was a little on the pricey side for this type of hotel but it was in a great location, you could walk everywhere around the Wharf. So that made it better. It was clean just a little outdated. They are trying to renovate so that is a plus. If needed would stay there again just because of the location. Friendly staff as well. Had little fridge in the room would have liked better if they had microwave as well."

"Super quirky and cool place. We got a room with its own bathroom. Room is very small, no TV and the barn style bathroom door almost fell on me while I was sleeping. We let the staff know and he was very apologetic, really nice fellow, I with I could remember his name. It was also close to a ton of cool places. I would definitely stay again."
