"Our stay had several maintenance issues: reduced water pressure due to ongoing room renovations, an unpleasant taste and odor in the tap water, and numerous non-functioning lights and outlets throughout the room. While the hotel and restaurant staff were warm and attentive, the concierge and restaurant management fell well short of expectations. The food, similarly, failed to impress. Even after completed renovations, doubtful we would visit again given our experience with management and food quality."
