La dimora è arredata con tantissimo gusto e corredata da ogni suppellettile, ci si ha la vera impressione di essere a casa. "Extremely clean and well maintained villa in a quaint hillside village. Anna Maria was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to make sure our family had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and carefree. The villa was within easy access to several other towns and villages where we enjoyed the beaches and exploring. Would highly recommend"

"A lovely large house split into separate self catering apartments...I think 5 ...with gorgeous gardens, a beautiful large and very clean pool and surrounding chickens, goats and Tuscan scenery. A 20 min drive to pretty town of castelliogne, with lots of places to eat and a beach. Short drive to beaches and other old towns to explore. Facilities were great, we used the washing machine and Nils was extremely helpful throughout the stay. Would love to return."

"Very special position above the stunning town. Really nice apartment- lots of room and all facilities needed. In the height of summer - air con - or more fans would have helped and as a non-German speaker it would’ve been nice to see instructions/recommendations in other languages. Nils very responsive and overall an excellent place. Town stunning and many lovely beaches nearby. Recommended."

"Wir hatten das Vergnügen in dieser tollen Wohnung einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unserem Baby und Kleinkind verbringen zu dürfen! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief hervorragend - wir konnten sogar nachts anreisen und haben vorher noch ein Video von allem bekommen, so dass wir die Wohnung auf Anhieb fanden. "Die Lage der Wohnung für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung ist sehr gut. Aber man muss auch immer fahren, da im Haus oder im Dorf nicht viel zu erleben ist. Die Ausstattung war okay und zweckmäßig, die Vermieterin jederzeit per Mail ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Für 2 Personen ist genug Platz, zum kochen ist es allerdings nicht gut geeignet, da es keine vernünftige Lüftung in der Küche gibt. Alle Fenster sind super mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet! "L'appartamento si trova a Marina di Grosseto in un condominio popolare dall'aspetto esteriore non molto rassicurante, invece l'app. all'interno è ok. (Non adatto a chi non può fare 4 rampe di scale).Le spiagge di Marina sono belle, molto ampia quella libera che va verso Principina a Mare.Da non perdere una passeggiata sulle mura di Maliano in Toscania."

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und der Kontakt zu Frau Veith war sehr nett, es gab sehr gute Tips für Unternehmungen und einen tollen nicht so überlaufenen Strand. "Buon Appartamento per due persone con un bagno ben tenuto ed abbastanza spazioso. Si trova molto vicino alle spiaggie e ad un minuto da un alimentari per i beni di prima necessità."
