"After checking into my room it was very obvious that the room wasn’t cleaned and someone had slept in the. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new room no problem. The 2nd room the beds were made but the was garbage left front the previous guest which makes me wonder if the rooms are even cleaned between guest. The floors were very dirty so I had to keep my shoes on the whole time. "

"The room was bright, house keeping was a no show. Biggest negative the waterslide shown isn’t available unless you stay on the weekend even though the pool is indicated as being open until 10. Nothing on hotels.com says otherwise. When brought up the staff was very rude. The breakfast was very expensive, 50$ for two blts…. Not likely to stay here again or recommend to anyone. "

"Wonderful restaurants, pools and spacious rooms. Great location with plenty of activities for kids and adults. Will definitely stay again!"

"Room was clean, bed was nice, and the king suite had a full size fridge with a sink, stovetop and microwave. The breakfast buffet was honestly one of the best I have seen from a hotel. Everything was really yummy "
