"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Appartamento ben arredato e completo di tutto. Asciugamani e lenzuola forniti. Parcheggio gratuito davanti a casa. Molto comodo è risultato un piccolo locale separato dove riporre valigie, attrezzatura da montagna, passeggino ecc. Daniela gentilissima, presente, ma discreta. Sarete vicinissimi alla partenza di numerose escursioni senza dover utilizzare la macchina. Un tavolino e due sdrai antistanti la porta d’ingresso sono utili se volete sorseggiare un caffè o un bicchiere di vino....

"You can not get a better location to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. The view is breathtaking, the bike trail to Garmisch so close, the bus stop down the street, and the mountain trail almost at your back door. Perfect!! The Marion Haus family is a delight to work with as well and the garden, little pools of water and Fairy lights around the house very atmospheric. An overall gracious experience!"

"Superfornøyd med oppholdet i Innsbruck. Leiligheten var ren og delikat, og lå i rolige og sentrale omgivelser. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt. Parkering foran huset. Buss til sentrum rett utenfor huset. Ca. 20 minutters gange fra sentrumskjernen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!"

Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "
