Whilst the location was good, including a very short walk from Southern Cross Station which is great when flying into Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and close all the attractions. The overall maintenance of the room itself could have been better. There was mould on the wall where the blinds where suggesting damp and there was Sellotape all over the panels in the elevators which didn’t fill me with confidence that they would be functioning all the time. Luggage storage was helpful

Fabulous location. MOA staff incredibly helpful from booking to checking out. The apartment had everything we needed and really felt like home.

I stayed for 9 nights and have to say, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the world. Absolutely perfect in every way. I slept like a baby every night. Just wonderful.

This property is in a great location. We booked a room described as a ‘family room’. The bed described as a ‘sofa bed’ was not a bed at all, rather a very hard lounge with a metal rod. Please don’t sell this room to any other families without replacing the ‘sofa’ with an actual bed. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about this but you have not fixed the issue and we were caught out because we arrived late in the evening.
