"The property was beautiful, and we had a great time but we could have done without the concierge who's sole purpose was to get me to attend a time share and when I chose not to applied pressure like a car salesman. As for the dining options, they were pretty good but once on property, I was informed that getting into one of the places for dinner Club Bistro, was not possible unless I'm an owner."

"The room was a disaster, dirty , had a leak from the ceiling that woke me up twice the first night. And handyman was send to our room in the middle of the night so he can fix the leak. The next day the toilet backed up also in the middle of the night had to have a handy man come out and fix it . It was the worst stay ever . "

"This was our second stay at the Secrets De Vine, and like the first time, this hotel was fantastic, the service, the facilities, the food, the safety and the quality of their activities is of the best category. We will definitely be coming back in the near future!"

"Really nice all inclusive hotel, we stayed in the Reserve adults only area and it was nice and peaceful. Daniela (our concierge) was super nice and helpful. We came for our honeymoon, and it was nice! Our room took some time to get ready, but once we were all settled in everything was nice. No one seemed to be expecting tips, but the service was good enough that they deserved it anyways. The onsite restaurants are good, however the food upgrades are quite expensive."
