The king size bed was just two twins pushed together. Just not a great building, but the staff was helpful

Budget hotel but comfortable, lovely friendly staff and on the airport shuttle route- plus it’s free to use the shuttle. Will definitely use again

This hotel is old and neglected. The room was very basic, no hand towels, the toilet seat was too small for the actual toilet, the curtains were hanging down in areas and the sheer curtains were filthy. However all staff members were lovely and helpful.

The free airport shuttle was a yellow bus service. This should be stated as we would have made alternative arrangements. It was quite dangerous when the bus was full with people and luggage. Signage for the room number was not clear. Ceiling was caving in, shower filled up with water(didnt drain properly), sheets didnt feel very fresh. Generally did not feel very safe here. I thought the shower soap was nice, but perhaps could be fixed into shower for easy use. I have stayed at another Gateway Hotel and it was really good, hence why I picked this one. Clearly they are not the same and I wont be staying here again.

Staff were awesome, location great! Check-in 24/7. Bench top was sticky when I arrived, and there was no bin in my room. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. However, if you're doing a late night airport run, this place will do the trick.
