Location was excellent. Staff amazing. Very clean and a very comfortable bed. The prime location made it easy to get around Athens and visit all the sites. Bottled Water in our fridge every day- awesome!! The coffee in the communal mini kitchen was very much appreciated. Would stay again!!!

Very nice staff, good location, good size room, nice view of Acropolis. Only issue was a bit of noise, was woken in the middle of night a few times by refuge collectors picking up glasses. Staircase and corridors were also quite loud, as were doors shutting.

You have to know that they have a very friendly staff, huge rooms, and great attached patio overlooking Acropolis. Additionally, the area is close to restaurants, shopping, and steps away from the Acropolis

The staff was so friendly. My hotel room was clean and in an excellent location. I was able to walk easily to every place I wanted. I loved the breakfast! I will book here again.

It was very clean and in a great location. Old beautiful building overlooking a lovely square full of nice restaurants and cafes. Everything went well during our 10-day stay, the personnel was kind and professional. Breakfast was also beyond expectation, in a nearby restaurant at the square, very enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to add some decor, it is an authentic building and it would be great to have some vintage decoration to make it warmer. Also, there is no lounging space, but there is a coffee kitchen which has every type of coffee you can imagine. I am very glad we stayed here for my husband's first time in Greece.

I booked this property because it had a good ratings and took chances thinking we may get lucky like many of guests did with their rooms but I am extremely disappointed with room we were given on the ground floor 102/3. Quadruple bedroom. Bathroom is so tiny, doesn’t close easily, makes so much noise, smells, people smoke right outside you cannot open balcony, cracks on the floor everywhere, breakfast was below average, people across restaurant where we breakfast will charge every single item. Pre-fix menu is a joke. Gave 2 stars because it was conveniently located in Plaka area and we can easily walk to restaurants and shopping area which I won’t be staying next time. Such a touristy area. Overrated.

At all, it is not what is expected in the pictures. You would think that you are in the Palace of Versailles, given the astronomical amount paid for a room that is not worth more than 20 dollars. Location is important in the hotel for those who want to stay close to tourist attractions But in exchange for the large amount I paid, $125 per night, I expected to stay in a comfortable hotel with full services and comfortable accommodation. I was deceived by the site and the management of the place, and this is shameful for a frequent traveler who visits more than 20 countries annually

Nice little boutique hotel located in heart of Plaka. Practically anything you wanted to do (drink, dine or shop) was within 10 minutes from the hotel. You can take the X95 from the airport to Syntagma square then walk 10-15 minutes to the hotel.

The staffs were fab and helpful. Clean and nice room. Nice coffee facilities and good breakfast. The only thing that can comment although not complaining, was that we were expecting a balcony but we were booked in non-balcony room. But everything else were nice.

Staff at the reception were helpful and nice. But breakfast boring, choice between eggs and yoghurt during a week wasn't attracting. The worst thing that happened, we left the safe box opened and one day before flight realised that part of the money missing. It was a disaster! It was our fault that we didn't close the door, but couldn't even imagine something like this!! Very dissapointed!

The hotel was clean and had all the normal facilities. The bathroom was tiny and there were a lot of stairs to get to the room, but no other complaints.

Great location. Cozy. We got a small room. Nice view. One HUGE flaw is the sounds. Rooms are not sound proof. I could hear the person at reception coughing at 6 in the morning unfortunately. Love the place though.

Highly recommend hotel in the Plaka area
Another wonderful stay this year. We also stayed here last year and will book again if an opportunity to return arises. Very good location in Plaka and only steps to restaurants, shops and within walking distance to the Parthenon, Parliament and other places of interest. Excellent service from the front desk staff.

This place was perfect. The location was terrific. Easy walk to most of the famous Athens landmarks. The staff simply could not have been nicer or more helpful. They really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. I was a bit concerned it had no restaurant until I arrived. There were at least a dozen delightful restaurants literally outside the front door. We ate breakfast at a different one each morning, as well as a few suppers when we were too tired to venture further. The last night there I was concerned about arriving at the airport on time because of a very early flight. The young man a the counter not only arranged my taxi, but seeing my anxiety gave me his personal phone number in case there were any problems, which there weren’t. I honestly cannot recommend this place too highly. Do yourself a favor and book a room here.

They were kind enough to store my luggage until my room was available. There is no elevator, which is not mentioned anywhere on the listing. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There is no phone number in the room for the reception. 1 hr after check in i was told where my room is, in a different bldg on 3rd floor. I tried to turn on my tv after unpacking to relax before bed; remote would not turn on tv there were no buttons on TV to turn it on. I tried to call reception but the phone list on the nightstand did not have # to call, nor was i given one. As a result i posted a message where the hotel was messaging me from prior to arrival. Now 2 1/2 hrs after check in i received a call from reception. I was given the number 100 to call; i tried later and it it didn’t work. It was determined that the batteries were dead; since i had to be up at 430am and it was now 830pm, I opted for no batteries. I was also told at Check in there is a Hotel tax & that I could pay it when I checked out. I don’t see anywhere on the listing that there is such a tax. Since i left at 430am and was in a rush to get to airport & no phone number to call reception, i sent message on message board and told them i left the key in the room and to please notifying me of how to pay the Hotel tax. Now over 24 hrs later, i still have not heard back from them. The place is very convenient and quite lovely.
