"Top tier hotel with excellent service and so welcoming! We were welcomed by Alexandria Dar with pleasant smile and great attitude. She explained about the hotel and its amenities, services, the Atami area and made us feel at home. We loved the accommodations with the Onsen in room, awesome breakfast daily, great bar lounge, restaurants with an array of world foods and wonderful staff that made us feel so at home. We appreciated Mr. Toyo Ho who arranged and accompanied my wife and I to the Atami Hosptial(He paid the taxi fare and did not want to take our money) and assisted my wife to get medical help, filled out forms and stayed with us as the 2 physician took care of her. We will never forget the care he provided. Domo Arigato Mr Ho! You are so wonderful!!! We totally enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Star Hotel and will definitely be back. "Enjoyed 2 nights with delicious breakfast at this very comfortable hotel. 2 minute walk to train on flat terrain. Stay in hotel, 2 wings and you'll be close to everything like snacks from 3 to 7 and alcohol and dessert from 7 to 10 pm. Unlimited drinks like water, soda and tea. Masseuse is excellent!"
