"Absolutely stunning views from your private balcony! This was the reason we booked here and it did not disappoint. A few restaurants within walking distance but on a very busy street not the best for walking with traffic. We did not care for the hotel restaurants menu so we did not eat there unfortunately. Helvetia a few doors down for greasy pizza and aurora restaurant for lunch and dinner were great choices with beautiful views about 7 minute walk down the road. "

"This was our 2nd stay at a QC Terme hotel, and we were happy to see the quality maintains throughout the chain. The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. What wasn't so great was the fact we had to pay for parking, breakfast isn't served at the hotel, and there's a 10-minute walk from the spa to the hotel, which means you have to shower and get ready at the spa - not walk to your room in a robe, like in QC Bagni Nuovi. "This hotel is AMAZING!! Best one we stayed at during our trip around Europe. The service is honestly 6 stars. They are so on top of everything. The hotel itself is stunning and very spacious. They also have the most incredible spa facility that us truly a hidden gem so pack a bathing suit. It’s free for hotel guests to use and it’s unlike anything I had ever seen. Super easy to get over the water to Bellagio so I would for sure stay here again. In my oppinion, it was the nicest hotel in Como. "
