"Pros: The staff was great, rooms were clean, decor was nice, a/c worked. Cons: the elevator and room was super small. Like abnormally small. Made me a little claustrophobic when I was in the elevator. The valet parking was expensive (50 dollars) especially when you are expected to tip- and you should). There was a weird hidden fee of 24 dollars so the 75 dollar deposit went out the door. Started out affordable but got too expensive too quick especially for what it is. "

"The historical appearance of the hotel was very interesting and beautiful. However, that did not translate into the service that was provided as there was no morning option for coffee or tea. A morning cup available on property would improve 1 concern. Additionally, some loud sounds were prevalent the entire night. Sounds of a running toilet happened all night. Add some mechanical continuous low thumping noise was tough to ignore. I’ll be looking for options on my next visit."

"I stayed in a room in the newly renovated Lanai tower. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the upgrades far exceeded my expectations and are much nicer than the non-renovated rooms. Only drawback is that it's at the far end of the property, which is a long haul carrying luggage. Otherwise, loved my stay there."

"We had the suite with the bunk beds and it was perfect! Dad with my son and 2 of his friend's on a SeaWorld trip couldn't have been better spent! And the breakfast was to die for! The boys definitely ate the weight!"
