"This was a perfect hotel for us. It’s not as big as some of the other hotels which I found overwhelming and easy to get lost. Luxor was very manageable and on the free tram between Mandalay and Excalabur. The room was a little tired but had all the amenities we needed."

"Being a well-known known property convinced me to give it a try. That said, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. The a/c took three hours to get to 70 degrees and no one picked up in the engineering, front desk or hospitality departments. I will not stay there again nor will I recommend that anyone else does. There are better hotels, in the same area, for the same price..."

"The property is pretty nice and located right on the strip. However, our room was downgraded, and that was quite disappointing. They called it a "free upgrade" but it was honestly a downgrade and not what we paid for."
