"They gave my room away and they just took my money and I haven’t gotten any kind of reimbursement. This service is terrible and I am very disappointed because now I’m just out of money and they were rude and I didn’t get any help from Expedia either they said they tried to call them so there’s been nothing no reprieve or nothing from my bad experience."

"You get what you pay for! Great price and location plus very nice staff and newly remodeled. But they don’t apparently have everything ready; 1. No ice machine even though they have ice buckets in the room 2. A closet to hang clothes, but no bar or shelf to allow you to do that. 3. Hit water just warm and weak stream. 4. Zero rooms ready to use at the 3:00 pm check-in time. I can’t explain that. 5. No bkfst at all. Yes, that was in their amenities list, but for that price you should get something."

"The atmosphere at Sophy | Messler in the mornings is vastly different from the evenings. Sophy is a great hotel for an evening of posh and pampering in an immaculately prepared guest room. Messler’s Chicken and Waffles is the pinnacle of perfection! Though every in of the place is beautifully curated, the evenings in the lounge are a bit loud for my taste. Nevertheless, I would give my stay at Sophy and my dining experience at Messler’s a solid 10/10."

"This condo is an absolute gem! My husband and our friends were looking for a place to stay for the C2E2 convention at McCormick Center, and not only was this place the perfect location, but it is one of the most beautiful and cozy properties we have ever stayed at! The beds were so comfy we didn’t want to get up in the morning, it’s spacious and very private and the area was so quiet and peaceful! Beautiful kitchen and the place was stocked with everything we needed. The host was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating! Everyone was fighting over the massage chair haha! Plenty of parking right in front of the property too! We can’t wait to go back next year! "

"The condo was gorgeous— looked brand new with plenty of space for the 3 of us staying there. Kitchen was efficient and open to living space great for hanging out. "

"The cleanliness of the house wasn’t necessarily up to par. The host was very kind and helped whenever possible. Check-in process should have been explained before the check-in time (4pm). We were outside of the house waiting on a response from the host in order to get into the home itself. Please explain to residents how to get into the home beforehand. Also, please provide the towels, extra sheets, blankets, trash bags, paper towel, etc. We had to buy our own. Other than that, it was a nice space with plenty of room for residents to sleep. Plenty of TV’s and great kitchen. The backyard was very nice as well! Overall, I’d give the stay a 3.5 out of 5. "
