"Fabulous place to stay! We had an issue with the AC the first day and they immediately upgraded us and moved us to a suite for the rest of our stay. When we needed towels or conditioner, they were very quick to bring it to our room. The pools were wonderful. Staff was SO friendly and helpful! Will stay here next year!"
