"This was my 2nd stay here. A lovely place with kind, helpful and local staff. Very well looked after. I was made to feel at home, away from home. :) I like the way they upkeep the portugese algave charm throughout the premises. I had a fantastic seaview and is close to many restaurants, shops and bars. I am hoping to come back soon. Thank you for your kindness "

"Thank you Grand Muchu Oura View Club. For a pleasant stay and enjoyable holiday. I got in contact with the hotel prior to arriving as our flight arrived in Faro early in the morning. This was excellently acknowledged and our early check into the hotel was fully accomodated. My travelling party needed the extra support and this was honoured by the reception team. Communication with the hotel upon arrival and throughout our stay was very pleasant. Even when we had issues with the light in the room, it was promptly dealt with. Ok, food options were slightly limited but we had 5 different restaurant options which meant we were not bored. The location is fab and met our needs. Cleaning was on point and staff were very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again. 😊 "

"Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the staff to the roof top pool, i dont have anything bad to say. We had a great time staying here, the location of the hotel was perfect. One thing that can be improved is the water from the shower leaking into the room. Apart from that had an amazing time staying here. Credit to the staff aswell for being very welcoming, would definitely go back again."
