"Amazing quiet location. Plenty of parking. Beautiful gardens. Breakfast was outstanding.room very generous side... little but out of hobart but only 5 min ride down the hill. Room we had didnt have the veiw of mt wellington but could view it from breakfast room..."

"Cleanest hotel I have been to. Ricardo bakes a cake each day for the guests, the guest kitchen is stocked 24/7, stained glass windows, antique furniture, best water pressure shower of any hotel, spectacular views, walk to the red explorer bus stop, walk to Salamanca, walk to cafes. We will stay here every time we go to Hobart. Great communication with the owner and Ricardo. LOVE"

"the bar was stocked the beding unfortunatly smelt bad from someone foot smell overal its a great spot and location the shower base outlet held water ''blocked drain outlet ''its the second time we have stayed there after a six years top spot "
