"Well we booked this hotel and when we arrived the had no booking for us this was down to Expedia and not the hotel. The man on reception was very helpful and allowed us to use the phone to call Expedia and gave us water while we waited nearly an hour on the phone. "Great place, great location, great staff! Would definitely come back! The only thing I didn't like was the choice of music over the festive season.
