"Llegada a las 12h 30´aprox. Nos atiende una señora que nos dice desganada que la entrada es a las 14h. Le digo que nos esperamos pero entonces nos dice que ya hay una preparada. Nos quedamos desorientados con esta entrada al hotel. Se queda los tres DNIs...normalmente me los entregan inmediatamente. ..."…"

"We lived for 11 nights and everything was+/- ok. Everything is quite old. It is not 3*, could be max 2,5* Broken shower - which they fixed it after 3 days we asked, in a sink water did not go down, no heating and we get around with wet skiing boots. They found solution for 1 night to dry them up ..."…"

Nos quedamos desorientados con esta entrada al hotel. Se queda los tres DNIs...normalmente me los entregan inmediatamente. Habitación sucia, de la terraza ni de qué hablas de sucia. Mesa quemada en una parte de la terraza. NOCHE: ruidos, portazos, chillidos...increíble. Voy a llamar por teléfono a recepción para decirles lo que pasa(11 de la noche) y no funciona. Me tengo que volver a vestir y bajar. Delante del ascensor de la planta 5 jóvenes dando voces, chillando y corriendo. Bajo al vestíbulo y se lo digo al recepcionista, le cuento lo que está pasando. A las 12 de la noche acaban los ruidos y yo con mi hijo despierto. RUIDOS: se escuchaban todos los que se quisieran, hasta la cisterna de los vecinos. DESAYUNO: Se puede calificar como patético. Café que no se podía beber, croissant tipo chicle, cereales que me dijo mi hijo que estaban blandos, zumo que se acabó.....Clientes al lado nuestro protestando del mismo modo de la calidad. DEJAMOS EL HOTEL: No me dan recibo de salida, no sabía cómo sacarlo....INCREIBLE. Pido explicaciones de lo que pasó en la noche y no saben darme explicaciones. Teníamos prisa y nos tuvimos que ir sin él. …

    The Solana Apartments is very near the Funicamp telecabine in Encamp whizzing you right up to the top of Grandvilara ski area. It is very clean and had all I needed including the washing up accessories not usually provided. the staff were great., Breakfast was included with hot food too. A supermarket was a short walk away and there were machines for drinks and chocolate snacks in reception. Ski lockers provided. On the downside parking is difficult, they have an underground car park but I found it expensive. Opposite was a free layby for 6 cars if lucky enough to get a space. The big negative for me is that the apartments have so little sound insulation. When a family moved in above me I could hear every cupboard door opening and every scrape of the chairs on the wooden floors plus the children crying and running around. So, nice and comfortable but no good if you want peace and quiet in the evenings…
