This hotel is very close to just about everything you want to see in the village. Nice room but there were pee stains on the bidet and toilet. No elevator from the parking, so it has to be valet. Generally a nice place but they need to clean more carefully.…

Just a couple of Km from El Tartar and Soldeu, the hotel is situated next to one of the main roads in Andorra, however even though we were there during the FIS World Cup Finals making Andorra much busier than normal this wasn’t a problem at night, we slept well after a full day on the slopes. When we arrived the owner/manager was in the reception on the ground floor. His English was very good and he was extremely helpful. The apartment itself was a studio which is one big room with a separate bathroom off it, with two single beds and one double sofa/bed. It has all the essentials including oven two rings, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms which is fine for email, social media but struggles for streaming video, but you’re on holiday, put your phones and laptops away have concentrate on having fun. It you are looking a comfortable place that does not cost the earth this is the place to stay. If you want 4/5 star accommodation then there is plenty in El Tartar but it costs. This is a large 2 bedroom flat where 4 people could stay very comfortably as long as needed. 6 would be pushing it a bit but could be done. You can't beat the location if you want to stay in Canillo. Host (management company) didn't always answer emails and calls and when we managed to reach them they didn't speak English quite well. Once in Andorra we were able to find their office quite easily although some guidance where to park would have been nice. Property includes free parking which is definitely great plus because parking can be hard to find and expensive in Canillo. Parking is 2 levels under the house and accessed via way too narrow ramps. On my way out wheels didn't hold into ramp and I had to come out with some speed. This wasn't much fun with rental car I had very little experience with. los apartamentos estan practicamente casi nuevos, bien equipados y la calefacción y el agua caliente funcionan perfectamente. Cosa que se agradece en estas altitudes en invierno. encuentras las sabanas, toallas todo limpio precintado con plástico. Realmente estan más que correctos. el inconveniente que tienen es que la central donde debe irse a recoger las llaves esta a 8 km del lugar de los apartamentos y se requiere ir a buscar las llaves dentro de un horario y devolverlas a las 10 de la mañana, que considero que es muy pronto y deberín dejar de margen hasta las 11 o las 12 de la mañana …los apartamentos estan practicamente casi nuevos, bien equipados y la calefacción y el agua caliente funcionan perfectamente.
