Very friendly desk manager. Called to make sure everything in the room was ok. We were just there one night and didn’t use much of the available facilities. Huge room and very well maintained. Wish we were in Andorra longer.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, with helpful and attentive staff. While it doesn’t quite meet 5-star expectations, the hotel is set in an older building that has been refreshed. (Small pool that requires reservation). It’s located in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from the city center and about 10–15 minutes from the main commercial district

Staff were excellent! Location is a comfortable walk to the main shopping strip. Grocery store and cafe’s were close to! Room was large and clean. We stayed in Andorra for 4 days and had lots to do. Over all a great stay.

Our favorite stay of our trip. The front desk clerk, Tomas, was a pleasure to chat with and so helpful. Thank you! The hotel manager went out of his way every day to make sure everything was great. The room was nice and all the staff was super attentive. Great location and garage parking available. We hope to return soon!

Staff was very helpful and polite. Parking was not available on arrival at the hotel, and there is no Porte Cochere to drop bags. However, just park at one of the many nearby parking garages. Rate is same at all..24 euro for 24 hours. I recommend ‘Historic Centre’ as is like 30m walk to hotel. Rooms are nice and big, very clean and everything is available. 15 min walk to the shopping district.
