As a base for skiing it did the job fine. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were also fine (even though TV didn't work). They gave us a double and single bed for the first night but they were helpful and after that we got the single beds we had booked. Really could have done with coffee and tea facilities and charging for the sauna is a cheek.

Dated hotel. Not 4 star

Hotel room is very dated. The room had lots of ceiling cobwebs and was dusty. Heating did what it wanted. The electricity kept tripping when we used the hairdryer. Hotel was noisy and we could Hear the other guests next door. Hotel staff weren’t very knowledgeable regarding the bus services or timings in town. Def not 4 star! Wouldn’t stay again.

Requested a double bed and got two separate beds...the shower courtain was dreadful. the staff at the desk was not particulary friendly... i asked about the restaurant and instead got told that was a new years eve menu so i was better off looking for a cheaper option somewhere else... Free outside parking is a bonus.

La habitación era grande con vistas a la montaña, el aparcamiento también tenía bastantes plazas, NO queda cerca de Andorra para ir andando, tendrás que ir en el coche Hay partes del baño poco limpias y con óxido, la decoración no es muy acogedora, no tiene regulación de temperatura y tiende a hacer frío en la habitación

Melhor hotel de Arinsal

Ótimo hotel, bem completo e com um bom preço comparado aos outros. Café da manhã bem servido, tinham várias opções para todos os gostos (tinha até arroz e feijão, aproveitei pra matar a saudade rsrs) quarto confortável, espaçoso e com uma varanda grande com uma vista linda. limpeza completa todos os dias ótima localização, tem vários comércios na rua. 4 minutos de carro para a estação de esqui Arinsal (lá também tem estacionamento grátis) e perto das outras estações também o jantar também é uma delícia, com várias opções, e pratos refinados (estava 24 euros por pessoa, mas era a vontade)

Escogimos este hotel porque se veía muy bien y bonito para poder pasar una nochevieja especial, pero desgraciadamente no ha sido así. Nos explicaron que había un menú en el hotel de noche vieja, 150 euros de menú por persona por un buffet libre que incluía marisco entre otras cosas, sorpresa, lo único de marisco que había eran unas gambas congeladas y navajas, había muy poca variedad de comida en general y estaba fría o pasada, para ese precio bastante mal el menú. Tema habitación, nos faltaron vasos para poder beber o agua o cualquier cosa así, además no nos dieron la habitación que habíamos reservado. El hotel no está mal en general pero si te gastas más de 400 euros en una sola noche, esperas algo más de calidad. Decepción

Reseñar en positivo al personal un diez y en negativo, el agua de la piscina muy fría, y pienso que no es una opinión mía era generalizado. No se podía disfrutar de ella. Y para mi la calidad del alimento dejaba algo que desear. En cantidad bien, en calidad baja. Por lo demás lo esperado.

Hotel ideal pour la famille
