I don’t believe that this hotel currently warrants a four-star rating. The restaurant staff were consistently slow and not at all proactive. We waited a few minutes to be seated because the host and another employee were talking, right in front of us and they did not thank us for waiting. After ordering and receiving our food, no one ever checked in with us. There were very few guests in the restaurant and a lot of staff not doing anything. We had to go get someone just to order and get water another time. This is substandard service and definitely not 4 star. The bartender next to the restaurant was the only person to greet and thank us.
Also, there weren’t any extras in the room, like drinking water, there were not enough towels and the towels were quite small. Also no ice container and the bag dispenser at the machine was empty. The restaurant food was very good, though. The self-service store was convenient but overpriced as expected. Great selection, though.
Overall, more like a three-star hotel with poor service.
