"We loved our time here at the Effala suite. It was located right in the middle of the heart of Colmar so lots to see and do outside but there was a nice quiet courtyard inside the gate when you wanted to get away from the crowds. I picked this place for the views out the windows and that did not disappoint. We stayed there early May, so it wasn’t too hot without air conditioning, but may be a factor at other times of year. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again....

"This house is the perfect place to stay while exploring Alsace. The location is ideal, in a quiet side street but just a minutes walk from the town center with all the restaurants, shops and sites. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean and has everything you need. "Parking was not easy. Move car every morning and evening. Parking instructions left by owner were not perfectly clear. Wifi instructions we also not perfectly clear. Great location … in a multi-family dwelling so there were inevitable household noises (some noisy children on limited occasions). Great town. Adequate accommodation."

"I stayed with my family from Friday to Sunday on April 2024. It is ridiculously well located, in front of one of the most beautiful churches of this region. If I go back to Colmar, I would definitely try to stay on the same place. The landlords were very nice. I recommend to send immediately a message using WhatsApp to them. Specially if you are traveling from Germany. That way they are fully informed of your arrival and departure time."
