"On entering the property we was greeted by the reception staff they were very friendly and helpful, they made our short stay feel at ease, had everything we needed and the owner was so polite even carried my bag upstairs and said anything we need just ask. Really can’t fault our room was lovely felt homely & cosy, the area was nice & quiet. Highly recommend this place. "This hotel was really good value for money. I would not bother paying for the breakfast as this was over priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable but it did say that it will be changing to a premier inn soon and the rooms will all be having a make over. I would stay here again if returning to Newcastle."
