"Although there was WiFi, connectivity was so poor (both using & not using the WiFi), that I’d try a different hotel at Terminal 4 rather than going to this one again. While the breakfast bar was great, one of the lights in the bathroom flickered like a strobe light and there were problems with both the soap dispenser by the sink and the one in the shower."

"We booked a runway view and it was fantastic watching so many international planes. The beds were incredibly comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast had so many choices and prepared us well for a long day of overseas travel."

"I stayed at this hotel when I arrived and departed through Heathrow. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were adequate. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that needs attention. During my first stay, the water was turned off. On the second visit, I reported to the front desk that the room temperature in my room was stuck at 25 degrees Celsius. It was miserable to be so hot and they didn’t do anything to fix it. On both stays, there were issues with the elevators."
