"Staff was very friendly, we arrived really early and they held our bags for us to we could go and explore. They also held our bags after we checked out, because we weren’t ready to head out yet and still had sight seeing to do. Room was nice and clean. AC was good but seemed a little warm for my preference. Would definitely stay again. "

"The room was perfect, as we were out most of the day and everything we needed was within the room. The complimentary cookies, coffee, teas, and water were great to have during our stay. The staff was amazing and felt their service went beyond expectations. The location was in a central area surrounded with great food and bars, not to mention in line of cable cars making transit easy!"

"Best part about the hotel is the night auditor Stephanie, she has amazing customer service skills and i keep returning because she impresses me every time. Rooms are clean and medium firm beds, good wifi, good black out curtains, windows can be opened in the room, close to union square close to subway and cable cars! Wheel chair accessible hotel"
