Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did.

The a/c didn’t work, there was no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. Also to tram in the community never came to that area unless you asked to be dropped off. The bed was a little hard as well. The property was very nice, just basic amenities like A/C and hot water should always be available. I would not stay at the Queztal properly again.

If you decide to get this apartment make sure you rent a vehicle everything is far and the restaurant available closes at 6:30pm. Very quite peaceful make sure to get with the property manager for you access code and keys. While we stayed there we saw 2 other groups struggling with the issues we had. taxi are very pricy,we didn't get a code until the following day for 1 apt we rented3 .The thing i loved was it was very private noone is allowed in without a code no exceptions you are safe.

Nossa chegada foi decepcionante, porque tudo que estava escrito nos comentários e na descrição do hotel foi diferente. Não podíamos usar a estrutura dos Hoteis Bahia Principe Tulum e Akumal, só fechando o Daypass, pagamos 36 dolares por adulto e 18 dolares para cças até 12 anos das 9:00 as 18:00 com tudo incluso (alimentação e bebidas). O transfer que havia de carrinho de golf não existia mais, o local é lindo porém enorme, se vc estiver sem carro não tem como se locomover. Nós tivemos problemas com locação do carro e ficamos sem carro por dois dias. Tudo muito difícil, cada pessoa dava uma informação diferente.

bonito departamento, malísimo acceso y ubicación

el Departamento es hermoso, pero no me volvería a hospedar, el acceso es terriblemente mal, te pierdes porqué está dentro del Hotel Bahía Príncipe y es grandísimo, los guardias no te saben dar las indicaciones porqué ni ellos saben las ubicaciones bien, tuve que pedir auxilio vial para que me llevaran a recoger mi llave del departamento y hasta el departamento .. si no rentas un auto, en verdad es imposible moverte dentro del Hotel y llegar al departamento, los restaurantes del Hotel quedan lejísimos de la ubicación del departamento, debes de llevar tu propia comida antes de ingresar .. en lo personal, tuve una malísima experiencia, no volvería a hospedarme, en lo que respecta al Departamento, es tal cual en las fotos, es lindisimo, pero lo que les ha faltado es explicar muy bien cómo llegar y de lo que te enfrentarás estando ahí.

Departamentos muy cómodos, limpios, pero lejos de un poblado grande. Indispensable llegar en auto para poder trasladarse a diferentes lugares. Inclusive a comprar alimentos para poder utilizar la cocineta.

The amenities and the outdoor property are great. Gym is nice and pool is beautiful, both of which you have to drive or shuttle to if you stay in the Quetzal area of the property- not a problem in my book. I'm giving this property 3 stars because 1. There were no check-in instructions provided and this property has at least 3 entrances. It took me about 45 min to find where I was supposed to check in. 2. When I finally got into the condo, it smelled like a mix of stale cigarette smoke and mold. The smell did not subside throughout the entire weekend, luckily I only slept there because I had a lot of wedding activities off site. 3. There was barely any hot water in the condo. It ran out before I could even shave my legs in the shower. Which ultimately rendors the back porch jacuzzi tub useless - #1 reason I chose this place was the tub - unless you boil multiple pots of water and take a soak midday when the temperature was hot. Yes- I did both of these things after my morning workout, and the water was still lukewarm at best. 4. There was a lot of mold in the shower and the floors felt like they had not been swept in months. I had to wear shoes throughout the entire condo. When mentioned the cleanness and smell to the person when I was checking out, all he said was "ok". The neighborhood and facilities were great which is the only reason I would possibly ever give this place another chance, although I suspect there are other resorts around who offer the same amenities.

No era lo que esperaba

No era un hotel sino una zona habitacional, muy bonita pero nada de lo que esperaba. Es una zona muy nueva y esta llena de animales, me recibieron 2 arañas una de ellas enorme, dos alacranes, la alberca con muchas arañitas y dos garrapatas en el jacuzzi.
