"When I first arrived into the room, it was truly a breath of fresh air. No, literally the room smelt absolutely amazing and super clean I’m like I have ever smelled a hotel room before. I truly knew that they put work in effort into making that room clean For me. The hospitality staff was always friendly from housekeeping, to front desk staff. The open floor locations was always nice and clean and welcoming. Only issue I had was the elevator was tricky. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it did not. I mentioned it to the Manager though so hopefully they were able to figure out what was wrong with it eventually. It wasn’t an issue for me because it was merely maybe only 14 steps from carpeted stairs within the lobby to the second floor where I was staying. I must offer true kudos to the housekeeping Manager for training their staff well, they do an amazing job, I have never stayed in a hotel so clean before even in crazy fancy hotels. I would most certainly stay here again!!"
"David and Barb were very responsive. The unit is lively. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse and chatted it up with some of the locals at the pool. We would definitely stay here again when in ILM. Convenient location to all shops and dining. We enjoyed a fantastic brunch at Drift (get there early) and dinner at Bluewater Grill. "

"The room was small (which we knew), however, it was clean (we walked around barefoot), private, had all of the necessities and we would stay there again. It served its purpose, a very comfortable place to lay your head. The mattress, was on point- which is hard to find when renting. It does have low ceilings, but at 6’0”, I was fine and stayed aware- didn’t even have to lower my head in the shower… that was amazing. "
