Cozy, updated studio with intracoastal waterway views and free parking. Awesome location across the street from great restaurants like Bridge Tender, Fish House Grill, Dockside, Bluewater, Brasserie and many more. It is only a mile to the beach. Unit has kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, hot plate burner, toaster, and coffee maker. Fully stocked with linens, kitchenware, coffee and tea.
Pool area has tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs for hanging out and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Self check in is provided with keypad entry and private entrance. The Studio is on the 2nd floor with both Stair and Elevator option. Community pool, ice machine, drink vending machine, office with local brochures on site.

Nice weekend getaway

This is our second time staying at this location, and have loved it both times. Easy access to the restaurants along the waterway, and a short drive to the beach. Perfect for folks with dogs.

Ironman North Carolina

We had a beautiful family trip to Airlie for Ironman North Carolina. The VRBO was centrally located to the race and festivities. It was a nice, quiet place for us to relax.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay. Close to beaches, restaurants, and easy access to the downtown area also. Everything we needed was in the room. The tub faucet dripped continuously but was not loud. We would stay here again.

Christmas present surprise

This place was absolutely beautiful online and lived up to all it was described to be. The small attention to detail and beautifully decorated beachy atmosphere made it feel like home. Very clean and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect little Condo for a getaway

We found that the property met all our needs for a stay near Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington. The room was perfect for a couple. Wonderful kitchenette, and lots of seating in the space. Really hot shower, and everything functioned as we wanted. Property manager also responded to our questions quickly. Great stay!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay. We were walking distance to restaurants. We rode our bikes to the beach everyday and we were able to catch the sunrise from the window of apartment. The apartment was clean and we had great communication with the host!

Cute place, great location!

I stayed with my teen daughter for a couple days who wanted close access to Wrightsville Beach. Location is perfect for this, just a bit over a mile away and within walking distance of several restaurants. Just the right amount of space for us and very clean which we are sticklers about. Lots of thoughtful touches within like the water, snacks, coffee, even sunscreen. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointing trip with our dog

The place was okay, clean, smaller than wide lens photo showed, but comfortable enough. The biggest issue was that it was dog friendly, but Wrightsville was not because no dogs were allowed on the beach. Had that been in the description we would not have rented this space. We actually left early, with no refund, to find a friendly place to take our pup to the Beach, which was the goal of the trip.

Beachy, pet friendly and convenient

We were in town moving our UNCW student in to a rental house 3 miles away. We wanted to be close by and be able to get to the beach as well. Such a great location! We walked to dinner and drinks both nights. Also perfect location to run or walk the loop which takes you right down to the beach. We also walked over there for icecream. We avoided all the beach and restaurant parking issues and expenses by being walking distance to everything. Room is cozy and clean and well equipped… even has snacks and sunscreen. The fact that it is pet friendly was icing on the cake! I’ll stay there again! There is no bathroom fan is the only little strange thing.

We stayed at this Waterway condo because we were attending a wedding with weekend events on Wrightsville and Figure Eight Island. The proximity to the events was wonderful and the price was great comparatively. The condo (like a hotel room) was very nice EXCEPT that there was NO CLOSET in which to hang all of our wedding clothes (long dresses, suits, etc.)!!! We had to hang them everywhere...on the back of the bathroom door, on the pot holder and on the coat hook by the front door. This could have been easily resolved if the owner had simply purchased a stand alone metal rack from Walmart. Also, you should be aware that the property is located on Wrightsville avenue, which was very noisy (especially if you wanted to hang out by the pool, which was located by the street). This wasn't an issue for us since we sleep by white noise.

Such a hidden gem! Everything was perfect. Fantastic use of space!

To start— this is PERFECT for 2 people. More than that it would be a little tough, but doable— you could fit 3 people on the giant king bed if needed and there is plenty of space for unpacked items! Very clean. Very secure. Has EVERYTHING you would need— plenty of space to get ready (I was there with my partner for a good friends wedding) LOTS OF MIRRORS!!! :D Which always makes me a happy woman, especially if you're having to get ready for an event like we were. Bed is very comfy, 2 pillows each that weren’t hard as rocks! We slept fantastic. AC/HEAT is kickin’! Super comfortable stay.There is a coffee machine with coffee available, mini fridge that works & microwave all within the bathroom nook area.Genius use of space and even a couch next to the bed with a table! Nice sized, easy to use TV with all the streaming services (only ONE remote, too lol!) I will be back here for sure… the host is super sweet, understanding and communicative. It had shampoo, conditioner (quality ones at that—) fresh towels, soap the whole shebang. Absolutely perfect for a couples getaway to the beach or staying in town for the weekend— it’s close to breweries, fantastic restaurants, and all the shops!Communication was great. Parking was easy (but beware of illegally parked vehicles as it’s a busy area during certain times of the year). The location and the sweet hosts pricing really can’t be beat. Wish we could have stayed much longer! Very grateful. Thank you guys so much!
