"Very satisfactory, being a budget hotel. I was issued a penalty fne for parking eventhough I paid at checkout. I contacted the hotel and thry had the psrking company cancel the ticket. I think that was very helpful and I appreciate it very much. "

"I was surprised at the lack of hand sanitiser at breakfast. Everyone handling serving spoons including children. This should be placed at the entrance when being checked in for breakfast."
