"Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova...

"Amazing views from the pool side over vineyards and the mountains in the distance are one of the best things about this property. Its also very close to the local village which has a great pizzeria and supermarket. Overall, not a touristy place."

"We loved our stay at Manola’s. The location is great—just minutes outside of the old city wall, and minutes from the parking garage where you can park for 3 euros per day. The house is very well-equipped, and Manola is super nice and helpful. We didn’t know how to operate the microwave as a toaster, and she promptly brought us a brand new toaster, which was very much appreciated. Macerata is a great city to visit, as well as a good base from which to explore nearby sights."

"Casa Capella is such a beautifully thought out, well looked after property that we had a great week here. It looks just like it does in the photos. It’s comfortable and well equipped which meant with a most generous welcome hamper including cheese, butter, eggs, prosciutto, milk, bread, home made jam, lots of wine. In fact everything we needed to set us up for the week when we arrived. We enjoyed swimming in the 15m pool and then just looking at the view across open countryside to the hills....

Alles funktionierte, nur das WiFi war teilweise unterbrochen. Der Vermieter Sergio war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wer die Gegend erkunden möchte, ist bei diesem Objekt an der richtigen Stelle. Die Marken sind wunderschön, interessant und abwechslungsreich."

"The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay."

"What a lovely house. The outdoor eating area is perfect for a large group, especially because it stays in the shade all day long. The bedrooms are comfortable (fans were v useful in the heat!) and the bathrooms are lovely. We really enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and using the delicious herbs growing in the garden. The ice machine was a godsend! I baked bread in the mornings, ate and swam all day and slept like a log. We experienced fireflies, the cat, golden orioles and wild...
