Very nice modern hotel, nice spacious rooms, very quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Good breakfast buffet. Definitely a place to come back to!

This is a corporate hotel for sure. Which means things just work! Everything I needed for a quick overnight drive break. We got in late and they were still willing to serve us dinner on a Thursday night at 10pm it was very kind of them.

Fijn hotel, maar de service kan iets beter.

Een van de betere hotels in Civitanova Marche. Mooie ruime kamers, iedere dag flesjes water. Enkel de service is af en toe wat "sloppy": de eerste twee dagen geen WiFi op de kamer. Op één ochtend waren tijdens het ontbijt alle warme gerechten ijskoud omdat iemand vergeten was de stekkers van de warmhoudapparatuur in te steken (!). Het personeel laat ook voortdurend de deksels van de warme gerechten open staan. Weinig interesse in een goede service. Maar waarschijnlijk niet belangrijk voor de Italianen, die eten 's morgens toch enkel zoetigheden.

Een van de betere in Civitanova.

Een van de betere hotels van Civitanova. Moderne kamers, parking voor de deur. Wel allerlei kleine foutjes zoals 2 halfvolle flesjes water in de minibar, wc bril die los zit. Het strand ligt niet op wandelafstand. Uitgebreid ontbijt, maar veel warme gerechten zijn al koud zodra je ze op je bord legt (een probleem in veel hotels).

All I can say is that for a hotel restaurant this is by far the worst I have ever been in. A TV in the corner gave me the idea that although charged at premier prices this was not going to be the dinning experience one expected. Three small prawns accompanied the started, the main had no accompanying vegetables, just lettuce, my wife’s pasta added a whole new experience on the concept of al dente. When asked to provide a itemised bill in the morning the receptionist just looked blankly at me and just handed me the card stub... all in all an experience to be missed.
