House / Villa - Castelfidardo House with garden and small pool

A lovely cottage with private entrance, garden and a private pool open from may till half october. Close to my house there is a big green area with a small soccer field.
Ideally located near Recanati, Loreto and Riviera del Conero about 9 KM. Very peacefulzone without traffic and caos. You can visit the sea and more cultural towns within 10 minutes by car.
You can have a barbecue with table and chairs in the garden, a big equipped kitchen with a small bathroom at ground floor, at first floor 2 singol rooms , one double room and a bathroom.
In the attic there is a small gym with a lovely terrace. One Air condition portable for summer.
