Chiamarlo "Village" è abbastanza fuori luogo per un semplice b&b. Oltretutto sulla proposta tra i vari servizi offerti è riportata anche la piscina come fosse compresa nel soggiorno, ma in realtà questa è di un altro gestore, dove qualsiasi persona anche da fuori può andare pagando l'entrata e non vi è nemmeno un'agevolazione per chi è ospite del b&b, come per altro anche i campi sportivi, ma quelli in se non erano di nostro interesse; onestamente se fossero stati chiari sull'offerta, per il prezzo richiesto superiore a solo alloggio per dormire, non avremo sicuramente prenotato in questa struttura. Esteriormente il b&b rispecchia le foto riportate nel sito, ma il problema è che all'interno non era ancora totalmente sistemato, da quello che abbiamo capito è stato acquistato da una precedente gestione, ma solo ora stavano mettendo a posto le varie problematiche e questo non è accettabile visto che siamo ormai in piena stagione. Difficilmente ci lamentiamo di posti dove alloggiamo ma in questo caso, il materasso era praticamente sfondato e sarebbe da cambiare e stessa cosa vale per i cuscini. L'aria condizionata messa al massimo non riusciva a far arrivare la temperatura sotto i 28° nemmeno la notte. Ultima nota, anche se a confronto delle precedenti è proprio un'inezia, la camera era provvista di televisore che però non prendeva nessun canale per il semplice motivo che il filo dell'antenna era tagliato. L'unica nota positiva è la colazione con una vasta scelta.

Statt romantisch eher beklemmend

Wenn man”romantisch” mit “beengend” ersetzt, passt es. Die Klimaanlage war per Sicherungsschalter ausgeschaltet. Als wir sie angeschaltet hatten, hat sie erst gekühlt und dann geheizt. Offene Fenster sind aufgrund der Nähe zur Autobahn nicht zu empfehlen, ging aber nicht anders. Die Dusche ist für Kinder bis 12 Jahre ausgelegt - ebenfalls sehr klein. Vielleicht ist dieses Turmzimmer was für kleine Monteure, die alleine dort wohnen, aber nichts für Paare auf einer Reise durch das schöne Italien.

La struttura si presenta ben organizzata, con ampi spazi, piscina e campi da gioco. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo dormito in uno dei tipici silos marchigiani, molto bello e caratteristico seppur piccolino ma con aria condizionata e frigorifero. L’unico piccolo difetto, la pulizia, non curata nel minimo dettaglio come, invece, lo era tutto il resto. La struttura, inoltre, mette a disposizione un servizio di ristorazione veramente valido. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Camere pulite, in ordine e confortevoli, a parte il materasso migliorabile. Servizio ottimo e personale disponibile ed educato. Due problemi che hanno influenzato negativamente il soggiorno: la struttura è accanto ad una arteria di grande comunicazione molto rumorosa anche di notte e il ristorante sottostante le camere ospitava un ricevimento molto "rumoroso": è stata una notte "difficile"!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La location è molto bella, tipico casale marchigiano ristrutturato egregiamente. La struttura offre un ampio spazio eaterno dedicato alle attività sportive. Personale molto cortese e posto tranquillo ma a due passi dal cebtro di Civitanova.

Un soggiorno incantevole,la stanza Argento,bellissima,con ogni confort possibile. Letto comodissimo,vista sulla piscina stupenda e intorno tutto verde. Pulizia al top. Noi avevamo prenotato la Acero Celete, ma essendoci trovati dinanzi ad una camera piccolissima e particolare perché sita nella torretta,ci è stata subito cambiata senza differenza di prezzo. Colazione buonissima non molto ricca di salato ma con tanti dolci di ottima qualità. Abbiamo avuto la piscina tutta per noi ed è stata una bellissima mattinata in un 'oasi di tranquillita Il personale gentilissimo,cordiale e disponibile.La posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i posti di interesse.Insomma un soggiorno perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Senza tralasciare il rapporto qualita prezzo superlativo. Puo darsi che in piena estare sia un po affollato e ci sia confusione per i campi di padel la piscina e le altre cose che la struttura offre,però un soggiorno settembrino è veramente da straconsigliare. Posto accogliente e confortevole

struttura particolare, stile ranch, nuova o ristrutturata di recente in un centro sportivo. Stanza confortevole in cui abbiamo soggiornato in 4 (2 bimbi su letto a castello). Una bella piscina per rilassarsi. Un po’ fuori mano ma non troppo lontano dal centro. Non abbiamo capito come funziona il frigo bar ;-), ma il giudizio complessivo è sicuramente positivo

Checkin velocissimo, la suite è spaziosa e pulita, il ristorante interno non è straordinario ed è un po' caro rispetto alla zona ma tutto sommato può andar bene per non dover prendere la macchina. Comodissimo per una tappa lungo la strada.
