"I'm writing this from the Tokoriki restaurant which abuts a calm sea with a view of the island where Tom Hanks hung out with a volleyball in Castaway. But it is not the view (which is spectacular), or the large villas right on the beach (which are amazing) that make this place a 5-star experience. "My family and I have visited this resort approximately five times, and we thoroughly enjoy it. It offers fantastic activities for kids, and we particularly love the restaurant food. However, during our recent visit, we encountered some rudeness from the staff at the pool bar/restaurant. Nevertheless, the rest of the staff were as amazing as usual. Lastly, we noticed that the beds, bed sheets, and pillows felt damp every day. Despite these issues, it remains a great resort for families."
