"The stay was good , staff, good, room good. Hidden ammenity charge of 7.95 a night to have access to amenities. Not the use of them, thats extra. Just the availability of the ammenity. Its not the amount. Its adding it on at the end. Im tired of hidden fees and BS charges. If you want more for the room tell me up front. I will not stay here again out of principle. "
"Sofitel is our favorite Chicago hotel. Great service, amazing rooms and perfectly placed among our favorite shops and restaurants. The food at Le Bar and the restaurant are excellent. Also, they have the MLB channel, so if you're in town for a Cubs game, you can start your morning with baseball and wind down your night with baseball."
"Whenever I come into Chicago for a stay, it will only be to Loews Chicago. It is located downtown and easy to get around the city. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and staff are ready to provide great service. I highly recommend and enjoy your stay. "
"Beautiful views. Walking distance to premium shopping, the Lake and Navy Pier, Lincoln Park zoo and pretty much every attraction you’d want to see PLUS"

"Love the Palmer House. Especially drinks in their beautiful lobby. Favorite place to stay in Chicago."
A verified traveller stayed at Palmer House a Hilton Hotel
"The Valet Parking was extremely quick and the Attendant was very courteous and professional. When we called down two days later the car was ready and waiting for us.
Check-in was quick and easy and adding our Hilton Honors was not a problem at all.
The 4th floor suite was comfortable, modern, and perfect for three people and the included breakfast buffet was just what we wanted.
We didn't try the onsite restaurant as we were out about town but there are also restaurants within a block of the front lobby, including a Subway right around the corner.
The Mezzanine/courtyard where breakfast was served was spacious with adequate tables/seating, at least when we were there."
A verified traveller stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
"Was adequate for an 80 year old man for an overnight. The room was clean, as were the sheets. I'd stay there again. The one drawback was the hotel across the river with 5 large letters for all to see: TRUMP."
