"we enjoyed the weekend family stay at this hotel. room is very nicely furnished. elegant. clean. beds are extra comfortable. check-in was easy and fast. same for check-out. our room was pre-paid. the mini bar was well stocked and prices are very reasonable, on par to average corner shop, it was pleasing to notice the hotel management cared for guests and not like others that charge ridiculous prices for the convenience. the breakfast was excellent. surprisingly good for an in hotel dining. overall, we will staybhere again and have already spread the good word with family and friends. "

"The hotel is positioned close enough to the city and the tram-line to be convenient but not noisy. Plenty of free parking is onsite and secure. The hotel itself is not new but is lovely and a bit of Canberra history. The lush Atrium is wonderful and it is so peaceful spending any time there. Check-in was fast and painless, the room very clean, spacious enough for two and well appointed. The staff were all friendly, helpful, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The shower was great and the beds so comfortable I'm looking to buy one for myself. We dined twice in the Atrium restaurant and the food was delicious and not too pricey. The entire stay was excellent value for money and we are already looking to book our next stay."

"Well located property close to Civic's conveniences shops cafes and restaurants. Convenient to transport by bus to and from the football. Not 5 star but probably 3.5 or 4 star. It suited us for a 3 night stay with friends at a reasonable price."

"Located in the heart of the city, everything was in walking distance with a large shopping centre nearby making it super easy for us to get around. Room size was generous for a family of 4 and whilst the facilities are a little run down, it was still clean and offered all of the amenities and needs that we required for our stay. "
