"The hotel is unique in decor. It is older, but very clean and antique decor. I loved it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a larger room. Very close to Central Park and Museum across the street. Also subway is close. We walked to the theatre district for a play. I was so happy to find that cleaning staff found my wallet. I had left it in the safe and staff had given it to the office. If you're looking for high-end luxury, this would not be the hotel. Though there is a rooftop restaurant/bar, there is no in-room dining because the hotel doesn't have a kitchen.
