"Second time staying here, no complaints. Staff was kind and professional, bed was big and very comfortable, A/C worked great, hotel and room were very clean especially for Niagara Falls which doesn't always have the cleanest hotels, but this one is always clean and even cleaner than the first time I visited. Pool is really big with nice warm water. They used to have a hot tub but it is no longer there sadly. Breakfast had more to offer than the last time I was here and a lot better than most...

"I have to say, this hotel and the room and I stayed in were one of the cleanest rooms i ever stayed in. Although the rooms and bathrooms are a little dated, the staff still made sure to thoroughly clean the room. There were no mystery smells or stains. The matresses were not comfortable in the least bit. They were VERY hard, but, it didnt stop me from sleeping lol. "
