The hotel is on a quiet clean side street, where the staff are friendly/ helpful.
Rooms are clean and cosy, with a nice view across the Paris rooftops where some of the taller buildings have created tree lined roof gardens.
The only downside to the room was the sloping roof that cut across the shower/bath.
They've utilised the space to fit everything in but for any person over 4 feet tall would have to bend or squeeze into the narrow space alotted to the shower in this particular top floor room.
Other than that everything was comfortable and quiet and i'd recommend staying there.
"Awesome price for Paris but a bit out of the way"
This hotel is a great find, four stars in Paris for a very decent price. It is close to two subway subs but these stops are convenient to left bank sites, not so much if you want to see sites on the right banks away from the river. Staff was very. Ice. Breakfast was good but expensive. Probably a better hotel for a repeat visitor than someone on their first trip.

"Lovely hotel, staff and area, with private parking"
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a lovely quiet area with some fantastic bistros/restaurants right on the doorstep. Eiffel Tower 10-15 min walk away. Room very comfortable and clean/modern. Did not have breakfast or use the bar so can't comment, but bar looked nice. Very secure private car park directly outside and watched 24hrs by reception staff. Amazing find of a hotel, just loved it and will be back
Stayed for 3 nts with family. Short walk to Mirabeau Metro, shops nearby and plenty of restaurants. Room a little too warm as air con not brilliant - but it didn't spoil our enjoyment. Would definitely book again when visiting Paris!
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a lot of character. We got a deluxe room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and were not disappointed! Great location. About a 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and a 5-10 minute walk from a tourist bus stop and a 5 minute walk to the metro station. I had done a lot of research to find a hotel with an Eiffel Tower view within our budget, and it was perfect.

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend for friends wedding. My wife is from Paris and the hotel was recommended by friends. Situated in a nice part of Paris, close to major attractions and very comfortable. Worth a stay and good value!
The streets southwest of the Arc de Triomphe comprise exclusive residential properties, embassies, dynamic modern architecture and smart restaurants. Riverside landmarks are the grandiose Palais de Chaillot in its fountain gardens, the Palais de Tokyo and the Maison de Radio-France (free concerts). Beyond the Périphérique, the Bois de Boulogne is a park with lakes and plentiful leisure amenities but is best avoided after dark.
