The ac room And in the front of the hotel , there is a plaza where the kids can play , there are restaurants that are open , people are having their drinks and call it happy hour.( I guess that is norm in Paris/ France) it is a beautiful neighborhood. "AIR CONDITIONING 10/10 Visited during the peak summer heat, no problems. Upon arrival, I inspected the room as I normally do. The room and shower were small, but that’s fairly typical for Paris, so that wasn’t an issue. What concerned me was the cleanliness of the bed. I found around 10 hairs on and underneath the comforter, which made me feel very confident that the sheets had not been changed before our arrival. "Quite a small room. I think the kitchenette area is a waste of space in my opinion and would be better utilised as a bigger room. The hotel may want to do some research and see how many people actually use the kitchenette faciliities over their stay. Friendly staff member, check in was easy. "
