"We really enjoyed our stay in Honolulu because the Hyatt was in a great location. The staff at the Hyatt were wonderful and very helpful. I only wish the Club level would have umbrellas on the terrace."

"This is my third stay at the Outigger. Can't beat it for location - right on the beach, not across the road. Rooms are clean, and if you can afford the oceanfront, you can't beat the view. Breakfast buffet at Duke's is great, and they have the best coffee. You can also take in a show at the Blue Note."

"The front desk agent who checked us in was so helpful. The room and pool area are beautiful.
The hallways outside the room are disgusting though, like piles of ?bird poop? ?dead bugs? All gross. Made me really nervous about the room. "
