We apology for the inconvenience regarding the kettle, unfortunately some clients do not use them properly, and also if we wash them every day, they mantain the smell/flavor if coffee, tea or camomilla are throuwn inside the kettle instead inside the cup... Dear Mr Azmutally, We regret not having been able to reimburse you a second non-refundable room that you had booked and we were surprised to see your first negative feedback coming to us through expedia while you were here considering that we had also helped you, before your arrival, to issue you with the declaration that allowed your guest to have the expatriation permit to come to Italy. However: - actually in our inn there is no bar (as for many other hotels in the world) but you could have used the minibar you had in your room (water, coke, sprite, beer, prosecco ...) or have a drink at the bar at 50 centimeters from us - you have never had breakfast and above all you have never seen our breakfast (you went out at 11/12 after breakfast time). Very rich breakfast that includes cheese, ham, cereals, fresh bread, fresh fruit, biscuits, croissants, pastries, butter, fresh milk, various fruit juices and coffee drinks. - Your 20sqm room cannot be defined as small - You have received our emergency number 3 times: on our booking confirmation letter, on the information sheet we gave you at check-in, and on a sign above the reception desk. So you were definitely informed - We are present until 5 pm even if, as duly informed, we can be away for a few minutes to go to the bank or to the market or other - You demanded 4 towels a day and change of sheets daily, so we tried to satisfy your every whim - The photos on our site are exactly what customers find when they arrive, as evidenced by the thousands of extremely positive reviews - Let's leave out the fact that you left the room like a pigsty At first I did not understand the reason for your discontent and instead, after a careful search on the web, I saw that you seem to be known as a professional with an unjustified complaint and then, after reporting your name to our Hotel Association, I have reassured
