The hotel is very close to everything you need train 10 mins across the bridge eats down the road ferry 7 mins airport bus 10 water taxi 2 min yes it’s old but so is everything it’s a friendly place staff are very helpful breakfast is good good choice

Enjoyed 2-night stay and better than expected

Enjoyed our two-night stay and had better experience than I expected based on reviews, which might be due to off season right now. Breakfast space is good, and all staffs were nice and helpful. Definitely I would recommend this hotel.

A Quaint Hotel

hotel was in a great area..room was clean and had a mini fridge..breakfast was wonderful..lots to choose from..wifi is only available in the lobby which wasnt that big a deal..the staff were all very friendly..bed was comfy..cool decor

Great location, wonderful staff. Hot and humid with no air conditioning or it barely worked. Wasn't a problem for my fam for one night, but might have been a problem if we were staying for multiple nights in the middle of summer.

Great location very close the bus station (Piazzale Roma) on the grand canal. The hotel is a bit worn but has lots of charm. the room and bathroom were large. there was a fan for air conditioning and windows that open (not surprising for Europe). the only complaint was no hot water in the morning for a shower.

The hotel was clean but old and could use some upgrades. The sheets were very clean but the mattress was uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. AC worked so/so. The shower is too small. Cleanliness was good.

Lovely area but the hotel was rustic to say the least, rooms are average sized for the area i would say but the view was awful, the bathroom and bedrooms are dirty, dusty and so dated they must of got the furniture out of marco polos house, staff are lovely and accommodating but a good lick of paint, a clean and some refurbishment wouldnt go a miss, overall 3 out of 5
