Apartment Poveglia

Small apartment on the mezzanine floor of an elegant sixteenth-century building overlooking the Rio di San Giovanni Laterano, a few steps from the church of SS. Giovanni and Paolo. Possibility to book other rooms in the same structure. Ask for information! The indicated price does not include the tourist tax. Before arrival, it is mandatory to complete the self check-in procedure.

Composed of sleeping area with double bed, bathroom with shower and living area with kitchenette. Equipped with clothes hanger, table, kitchenette.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Cell phone reception may be poor.

It is not a bed & breakfast. Guests will be offered a small welcome kit. Guests will then have to buy everything they need for their stay.
ATTENTION: Air conditioning will be available from mid-June to mid-September.

Fantastic little place.

Great location and nice and quiet. Spacious living area and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen kitchen except the only way to make coffee is with pods but there was only one each. You have to find and buy your own if you want more coffee during your stay. Also the directions given from the train station were to take a vaporetto to rialto. It cost 9.50 euros each and we had to stand in line for an hour and then a 5 minute ride on a crammed boat. When we left we just walked for 25 minutes. Much easier and cheaper. Enjoyed our stay.
