"Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it. "

"The Rex Hotel Hanoi is an excellent hotel to stay at. Location is unbeatable, and the condition, amenities and staff were excellent! My only feedback would be to not stay on the 12th floor. This is where the elevator stops to access the pool, restaurant and roof top bar. So it was a little noisy with people shuffling in and out."

"We recently stayed for six nights in this hotel. The staff was lovely, polite, and smiling. Hana was great at organizing our tours. The breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the roof bar that has a great view. We did not use the pool or the gym, and I kind of regret it as both were very tempting. We will definitely stay at the Silk Queen Grand Hotel if we ever come back to Hanoi. "
