"Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it. "

"The West is a great location in the Old Quarter. We have been to Hanoi many times and I think this has been my favorite hotel. Ms. Linh was amazing.
