This hotel is in an excellent location with a lot of restaurants and shopping very close by. The hotel is a little worn, but the room was big and comfortable. Overall, a good value for Union Square.

Staff was friendly, unfortunately our room was not good. As we open up the windows to get fresh air there were air ducts covering the windows, when running the hot water there was loud thumping like the water heart or pump was going out. When it came down to parking hotel charged quite a bit at the end of the night when we tried to watch TV every other channel was not working.
